AC3 is the result of a merger between two companies. They needed a new brand, brand strategy and identity that would bridge the gap between two company cultures, and rally employees behind a single goal.

We created their brand idea ‘Technically human’ to describe their people-centric culture and technical proficiency. We also ran a series of brand workshops to inspire employees and get them engaged with the new brand strategy, identity and essential behaviours.

AC3 now has a clear brand strategy and unique visual identity that helps them stand out in a crowded marketplace. They have a motivated team who know how to live the brand, and enjoy a more united team culture. It’s leading by being more human.
